Trust Issue

Before we say that the others are judgemental and cannot understand us, let's take a look at ourselves, maybe we judge them first by thinking negatively about them. Like... they won't notice, they won't care, they won't understand us because they are not in our shoes and experience what we've been through, so we become a reserved person and talk like we have an aphasia or dysarthria. We don't even realize that what we do to the others may hurt their feeling. They may feel unseen, rejected, unwanted, untrustworthy and useless when they're with us. But we don't care, we are too busy with our pessimistic outlook on them. We are afraid of being judged, but we judge them anyway, we underestimate them. We are afraid of getting hurt, but we hurt them by avoiding the possibility of getting more tears, sadness and pain from them. We want to be understood, but at the same time, we make a distance and ourselves unreachable by building up the high walls around our heart.

Sometimes, the problem is not from the outside, not about the others.
It's about us, there's something wrong inside of us.
